How do I start a focus session?
Go to the main timer screen, select your session length, and tap the start button. The session will run with animations until the timer ends.
Can I customize the session length?
Yes! Free users get standard sessions. Subscribers can unlock fully customizable session lengths in settings.
How does the free trial work?
You’ll get a 7-day free trial with full access to premium features. After the trial, your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Is there a way to restore my subscription?
Yes. If you’ve already purchased a subscription, you can restore it by pressing the Restore Purchases button on the paywall. This will re-activate your subscription on your current or a new device, as long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. You won’t be charged again.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store, go to your account settings, and select “Subscriptions.” From there, you can manage or cancel your Ember Focus subscription anytime.
